Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has now released the date of registration of important medical and dental college Admission Test MDCAT 2025 which is an important requirement by thousands of students who wish to enroll in medical and dental colleges in the country. The formal declaration gives a clear vision on the important dates, fees, and examination centers of both domestic and foreign applicants.
Dates and Fees of Registration
MDCAT 2025 Registration will start tomorrow in the online portal of PMDC. The normal fee to be paid to register as a candidate ends on August 25. Those students who will miss the first deadline will have an opportunity to sign up late until September 1st.
The Pakistani candidate’s registration fee is pegged at Rs. 9000 which is slightly higher than last year (Rs. 8,500). Late registration fee of local candidates will be Rs 13, 000.
Exam Centers For International Candidates
The PMDC has assured the 56 overseas Pakistanis that the MDCAT shall be done in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as a way of accommodating them. The direction enables student living in other countries to sit the exam without traveling back to Pakistan. Registration fees of the candidates taking the examination in Riyadh would be Rs 45,000 normal registration and Rs 55,000 late registration.
Date of examination
MDCAT Test 2025 will be organized on Sunday, October 5, 2025. The examination will consist of a multiple-choice assessment which will be paper based, like in the olden times. To streamline things and to avoid favoring some students under the pretext of a fair test.
The PMDC has directed some different universities to administer the test in different provinces:
- Punjab: College of health sciences (UHS), Lahore
- Sindh: Sukkur IBA university
- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Khyber Medical University (KMU)
The PMDC is trying to ensure this year, such that the efforts are made in order to give a fair and accessible way to all the aspiring medical and dental students, both inside and outside of Pakistan.
Required Documents
In order to successfully register your MDCAT 2025, you will be required to upload some of the essential documents on their online portal. Having clear scanned copies of all your documents can also ensure that there would be no slowdown of your application.

- Your national ID card or B-Form scanned copy.
- A blue background picture.
- Your Matric or Inter certificate or result card.
- Official Domicile certificate.
- The receipt of your payment of your registration fee.
